This Agreement hereby incorporates by this reference any additional terms and conditions posted by CAN through the Service, or otherwise made available to you by CAN. By using the Service, you affirm that you are of legal age to enter into this Agreement, or, if you are not, that you have obtained parental or guardian consent to enter into this Agreement. Our founder got the idea to build a smart cane after taking care of his elderly grandmother and seeing her struggle to maintain her independence. He thought, why not embed technology in a device she was already using to help keep her safe? CAN Mobilities was founded in 2014 with this mission.
