South State now offers e-signature (electronic signature) capability through DocuSign. With this convenient, easy-to-use service, you’ll be able to quickly and securely sign documents from your computer, smartphone or tablet.

DocuSign’s e-signature capability is only available for select bank documents; however, we will continue to add this service to additional documents.

We encourage the use of a housing counselor prior to buying a home. In addition to mortgage personnel, counselors can assist you by providing information regarding questions or concerns surrounding your purchase, fair housing laws, credit issues and foreclosure prevention.
