We are a digital agency with many years of experience in the IT industry. We create modern websites, keeping pace with the times using the most advanced technologies in development. Our goal is to create a quality product that meets the customer’s requirements 100% at the set time.

UTD select only the best staff, each of the applicants for work passes the stages of verification and training, where he will receive theoretical and practical knowledge.
It all starts with an interview …
Hooray, after long selections we have typed a team of trainees!
First, we acquaint people with the principles of the work of our team.
Before the beginning of the internship, we check the level of knowledge of the candidates and choose for each candidate’s individual internship program.
The theory and practice are taught by our tech leaders and team leaders.
The first stage of the internship «Theory is the basis of everything», at this stage we conduct theoretical lessons for trainees.
The trainees who passed to the second stage, called «Basis and Practice», are already ready for the theoretical application of their knowledge in practice. At this stage, we put into the consciousness of our future stars the principles and methodologies that are being applied in live projects.
The trainees who successfully passed the second stage are moving to the final stage of the «Global Practice» training. At this stage, the most powerful and talented remain. It’s time to show yourself and show your knowledge.
Each trainee must perform 3 test projects of varying complexity, using and applying the acquired knowledge such as:
- Examine the project:
- Inspect the design;
- Logic and transitions;
- Required functionality;
- Questions on the project;
- Estimate the project;
- Code style;
- Use of methodologies;
- Connection and use of ready-made libraries;
- Testing:
- Functional;
- Responsive;
- Cross-browser;
- Cross-platform;
- Orthographic;
- W3C validation;
- Optimization of the project;
But the most important principle is the «Part-to-Part» technique, through which the developer creates a project by splitting it into flexible, re-used parts, this skill allows a developer to accurately estimate the projects.

I have always admired the logic of web development. When I was in college, I got interested in programming and began to apply my skills in practice, creating websites for my family and friends. I took a step towards my dream and entered «The National University» at the Faculty of «Development and Software», where I really discovered all the beauty of the code.

In the world of development, I got completely by accident. In high school, I took a great interest in robotics, first I bought ready-made sets to create my prototypes, but with new prototypes, I plunged deeper into programming. Now my hobby and my life are creating exciting web projects.

NEVER TRUST A COMPUTER YOU CAN'T THROW OUT A WINDOW.
It was amazing as a small child to see so many things be accomplished through computers, from useful applications to video games. It has since become my dream to be a great programmer and create something that all sorts of people can use to make their lives better. Be it through utilities, video games, or in the case of the work I’ve done with Jam3, websites that entertain and convey a message. As society becomes more reliant on computers, more of these sorts of applications and experiences will be made, and I want to be there to help build it.

YOU MAY DELAY, BUT TIME WILL NOT.
I’ve been really into building stuff since my childhood: when I was a kid I had a lot of constructor kits and I used to build car models, buildings, and even imaginary stuff from my head. When I got older, like most teenagers I tried to dramatically change my path and I found myself in graffiti and beatmaking. This gave me an understanding of my artistic side, and it broadened my view from only seeing the functionality of things to their aesthetic as well. These two periods in my life basically shaped my future path to become a creative developer, which requires to have skills from both functionality and design perspectives.
